Crab Cakes Preparation

Combine Ingredients
In a large bowl, gently mix together the crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, chopped green onions, beaten egg, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper until well incorporated.

Form the Cakes
Using your hands, form the mixture into patties, about 2 inches in diameter and 1 inch thick. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Chill
Cover the baking sheet with plastic wrap and refrigerate the crab cakes for at least 30 minutes to help them firm up.

Cook the Crab Cakes
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, carefully add the crab cakes to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
Remoulade Sauce Preparation

Mix Ingredients
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chopped capers, lemon juice, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth.

Chill the Sauce
Refrigerate the remoulade sauce for at least 15 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
