Mix the Base Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of Nonino l'apertivo and 1 oz of Spanish vermouth.

Add Ice
Fill the shaker with ice and shake gently to chill the mixture.

Strain into Glass
Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.

Top with Soda
Add 3 oz of soda water to the glass and stir gently to combine.

Garnish
Add 2 fresh thyme sprigs to garnish your Bianco Spritz.
