Waffle Preparation

Make the Waffle Batter
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and pearl sugar. In another bowl, mix milk, eggs, and melted butter. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.

Preheat a waffle maker and pour the batter into the hot waffle iron. Cook according to the manufacturer's instructions until golden brown and crispy. Keep warm.

Prepare the Bacon Jam
In a skillet, cook chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove excess fat, then add diced onion and sauté until translucent. Stir in brown sugar and apple cider vinegar, and cook until thickened. Set aside.
Brie Cheese Spread Preparation

Make the Brie Cheese Spread
In a bowl, mix softened brie cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, and chopped chives until smooth. Set aside.

On a waffle, spread a layer of brie cheese spread, add the steakburger, top with bacon jam, fire-roasted tomatoes, mixed greens, and a fried over-easy egg. Drizzle with béchamel cheese sauce and top with another waffle. Serve immediately.
