Preparation Instructions

  1. 1

    Caramelize the Onions

In a skillet over medium heat, add a tablespoon of oil. Slice the onion thinly and sauté for about 15 minutes until golden brown and caramelized. Stir occasionally to prevent burning.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Steak

In the same skillet, add the thinly sliced steak and cook for about 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove from heat.

  3. 3

    Assemble the Pizza

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). On each piece of artisan flatbread, spread about half a cup of alfredo sauce. Evenly distribute the cooked steak and caramelized onions over the sauce.

  4. 4

    Add Cheese

Sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously over each flatbread pizza.

  5. 5

    Bake

Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

  6. 6

    Garnish and Serve

Once out of the oven, drizzle garlic aioli over the pizzas, sprinkle with red pepper flakes and parmesan cheese to taste. Cut into slices and serve warm.
