Method

Prepare the Broth

1

Make the Broth

In a large pot, combine smoked seafood broth, minced garlic, chopped onion, sliced carrot, chopped celery, bay leaves, and black peppercorns. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Strain and set aside.

Cook the Ling Cod

2

Grill the Ling Cod

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Season the Ling Cod fillets with salt and pepper. Grill for about 4-5 minutes per side or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Prepare Broccolini

3

Grill the Broccolini

Toss the broccolini with olive oil and salt. Grill for about 3-4 minutes until tender and slightly charred.

Crispy Potatoes

4

Cook the Potatoes

In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add the halved baby potatoes and cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until crispy and golden brown. Stir in chopped parsley before serving.
