Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Lobster Tail

Using kitchen shears, carefully cut down the top of the lobster shell. Gently pull the meat out of the shell, keeping it attached at the base. Place the lobster tail in a bowl and set aside.

2

Make the Poaching Liquid

In a medium saucepan, combine the white wine, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat.

3

Poach the Lobster

Once the poaching liquid is simmering, add the lobster tails to the saucepan. Cover and poach for about 5-7 minutes, or until the lobster is opaque and cooked through.

4

Prepare the Butter Sauce

While the lobster is poaching, melt the butter in a separate saucepan over low heat. Once melted, remove from heat and set aside.

5

Combine and Serve

Once the lobster tails are done, remove them from the poaching liquid and drizzle with the melted butter. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
