Method

Steak Preparation

1

Season the Steak

Generously season the ribeye steak with salt and black pepper on both sides.

2

Sear the Steak

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Adjust time for desired doneness.

Lemon Pepper Fries Preparation

3

Prepare the Potatoes

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut potatoes into fries and soak in water for 30 minutes, then drain and pat dry.

4

Season and Bake

Toss the fries with olive oil, lemon zest, black pepper, and salt. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.

Roasted Tomato & Salsa Verde Preparation

5

Roast the Tomatoes

Place halved tomatoes on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes until soft.

6

Prepare Salsa Verde

In a blender, combine roasted tomatoes, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, and salt. Blend until smooth.

Serving

7

Plate the Dish

Serve the ribeye steak alongside the lemon pepper fries, roasted tomato, and salsa verde. Add optional garlic butter mushrooms or red wine demi-glace as desired.
