Fruit Juices
Sweetener (optional)
Finish & Garnish
Method
Prepare Glasses and Sweetener (optional)
Rim (optional)
If you want a sweet rim, rub a lime or orange wedge around the rim of each serving glass, then dip the rim into a shallow plate with granulated sugar. Set glasses aside to dry briefly.
Mixing
Measure 1 cup passion fruit juice, 1 cup orange juice, and 1 cup guava juice into a large pitcher. Stir gently to combine. Taste the blend.
If the juices are not sweet enough to your preference, add 1–2 tablespoons simple syrup or honey syrup and stir until fully incorporated. Adjust sweetness gradually — P.O.G should be bright and fruity, not cloying.
Serve
Fill each prepared serving glass with crushed ice or ice cubes (about 1 cup or so per glass).
Pour the P.O.G. juice blend over the ice, dividing evenly. For a lightly chilled sparkling variation, replace up to 1/3 of the juice per glass with chilled club soda or sparkling water and stir gently once.
Garnish each glass with a wheel of lime or orange and a mint sprig if desired. Serve immediately.
Make-Ahead & Storage
The juice blend can be mixed and refrigerated in a sealed container for up to 48 hours. Do not add ice until serving. If using sparkling water, add it only at serving time to preserve fizz.
