Preparing the Coffee Mixture

Brew Espresso
Brew 240 ml of strong espresso coffee and allow it to cool slightly.

Mix with Sugar and Marsala
In a shallow dish, combine the brewed espresso, 100 g of sugar, and 60 ml of Marsala wine. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
Preparing Mascarpone Mixture

Add Mascarpone
Gently fold in 500 g of mascarpone cheese until well combined and smooth.

Whip Heavy Cream
In a separate bowl, whip 240 ml of heavy cream with 1 tsp of vanilla extract until soft peaks form.

Combine Mixtures
Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until fully incorporated.
Assembling the Tiramisu

Soak Ladyfingers
Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.

Layer the Ingredients
In a rectangular dish, arrange half of the soaked ladyfingers at the bottom. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.

Repeat the process with the remaining ladyfingers and mascarpone mixture.

Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.

Before serving, dust the top with 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder.
