Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Making Spicy Marinara Sauce

In a large saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and crushed red pepper flakes, sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Add Tomatoes and Season
Stir in the canned crushed tomatoes, chopped basil, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer and let cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Making Meatballs

Mix Meatball Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Shape the mixture into meatballs (about 1.5 inches in diameter). In a skillet over medium heat, cook the meatballs for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and cooked through.
