Burger Patty Preparation

Make the Patty Mixture
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, Tuscan seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently with your hands until just combined.

Divide the beef mixture into two equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, making a slight indentation in the center to ensure even cooking.
Cooking the Burger

Add Cheese
Place a slice of provolone cheese on each patty after flipping. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
Prepare Toppings

Make Black Garlic Aioli
In a small bowl, combine the minced black garlic with mayonnaise. Mix until well combined.

Prepare the Fresno Chile
Slice the Fresno chile into thin rings, removing seeds if desired for less heat.
Assemble the Burger

Toast the Buns
Lightly toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

Spread the black garlic aioli on the bottom half of the toasted bun. Place the cooked patty with melted provolone on top, then add the sliced Fresno chile. Top with the other half of the bun.
