Preparing the Crostini
- 1
Slice the Baguette
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch thick slices.

Brush with Olive Oil
Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet. Brush one side of each slice generously with olive oil.
- 3
Toast the Bread
Toast the slices in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until they are golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
- 4
Rub with Garlic
While the bread is still warm, rub the cut side of the garlic cloves on the toasted side of each crostini to infuse garlic flavor.

Add Olive Tapenade
Add the olive tapenade to the tomato mixture and mix well to incorporate all ingredients.
- 7
Drizzle with Balsamic
Drizzle the aged balsamic vinegar over the topping mixture and toss gently to combine.
- 8
