Method
Base Preparation
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.

Wash and slice the strawberries. In a bowl, combine the strawberries and blueberries.

Drizzle honey and lemon juice over the fruit and toss gently to coat.

Whip the Cream
In a mixing bowl, combine heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
Beat to Stiff Peaks

Layer the Dessert
Cut the cooled base into squares and place each square on a dessert plate.
Top with Fruit

Add Whipped Cream
