Prepare the Glass
Start by rimming your glass with salt. To do this, rub a grapefruit wedge around the rim of the glass and then dip it into a plate of salt.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the smoked Blanco tequila, fresh grapefruit juice, fresh lime juice, and ancho chili liqueur. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.

Pour and Top
Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice. Top with grapefruit soda and give it a gentle stir.

Garnish and Serve
Garnish your cocktail with a grapefruit wedge on the rim and serve immediately.
