Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook the Spaghetti

In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Nori Breadcrumbs

While the spaghetti is cooking, preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Tear the nori sheets into small pieces and mix with breadcrumbs in a bowl. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for about 5-7 minutes or until crispy. Set aside.

  3. 3

Sauté the Crab and Pea Leaves

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Add the blue crab meat and cook for another 3-4 minutes, stirring gently.

  4. 4

    Combine Ingredients

Add the wilted pea leaves to the skillet and toss gently until they are just wilted. Add the cooked spaghetti and reserved pasta water to the skillet, mixing everything together. Season with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to taste. Stir well to combine.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve the crab spaghetti immediately, topped with the nori breadcrumbs for extra flavor and crunch.
