Marinate the Lamb
Place the lamb shoulder in a large resealable bag or a baking dish and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).

Roast the Lamb
Remove the lamb from the marinade and place it in a roasting pan. Pour the vegetable broth around the lamb. Cover the pan with aluminum foil.

Roast in the preheated oven for about 3 hours, or until the lamb is tender and easily pulls apart with a fork.
