Prepare the Pasta
Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Make the Cheese Sauce
In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes to create a roux. Gradually whisk in the milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens. Add in the cheddar, mozzarella, parmesan, and gorgonzola cheeses. Stir until melted and smooth.

Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce. Stir in salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder until well combined.

Prepare for Baking
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the mac and cheese mixture to a greased baking dish. Top with brioche breadcrumbs.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and crispy.
