Marinate the Tomatoes
In a bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Prepare the Stone Fruits
Wash and slice the peaches, plums, and cherries. Set aside.

Make the Basil Salsa Verde
In a food processor, combine fresh basil leaves, garlic clove, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
Assembly

Plate the Dish
On a serving platter, place the burrata cheese in the center. Arrange the marinated tomatoes and seasonal stone fruits around the burrata. Drizzle the basil salsa verde over the top.

Serve immediately with crusty bread or crackers.
