Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Make Raspberry Puree

In a blender, combine fresh raspberries with a tablespoon of sugar if desired. Blend until smooth. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds, collecting the puree in a bowl.

  2. 2

    Chill Prosecco

Place the bottle of Prosecco in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving to ensure it is nicely chilled.

Mixing

  1. 3

    Combine Ingredients

In a large pitcher, combine the raspberry puree, rose water, and chilled Prosecco. Gently stir to mix the ingredients without losing the carbonation.

Serving

  1. 4

    Serve the Drink

Pour the Rose Prosecco mixture into champagne flutes. Garnish each glass with a few fresh raspberries and an edible rose petal on top for an elegant presentation.
