Jerk Sauce Preparation

    Mix the Jerk Sauce

    In a bowl, combine jerk seasoning, olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, honey, and salt. Whisk until well blended.

Shrimp Preparation

    Marinate the Shrimp

    In a large bowl, toss the shrimp with the prepared jerk sauce. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Mixed Cabbages Preparation

    Prepare the Cabbage Mix

    In a large bowl, combine shredded green cabbage, shredded red cabbage, shredded carrot, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, and salt. Toss until the vegetables are well-coated and set aside.

Mango-Lime Salsa Preparation

    Make the Salsa

    In a bowl, combine diced mango, finely chopped red onion, chopped cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Stir gently to combine and set aside.

Shrimp Cooking

    Cook the Shrimp

    Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are pink and opaque. Remove from heat.

Tacos Assembly

    Assemble the Tacos

    Warm the corn tortillas in a skillet or microwave. On each tortilla, layer the cooked shrimp, mixed cabbage, a spoonful of mango-lime salsa, and a dollop of sour cream. Garnish with additional cilantro if desired.
