Preparing Brussels Sprouts

Trim and Halve the Brussels Sprouts
Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow or damaged leaves. Halve each sprout lengthwise.

Sauté Brussels Sprouts
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the halved Brussels sprouts, salt, and black pepper. Sauté for 8-10 minutes until they are golden brown and tender, stirring occasionally.

Add Garlic and Togarashi
Minced garlic cloves and togarashi seasoning into the skillet during the last 2 minutes of cooking. Stir well to combine.
Making Sriracha Aioli

Combine Ingredients
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, and lemon juice until smooth and well combined.
Making Sesame-Soy Dressing

Mix Dressing Ingredients
In another bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, and sesame seeds until well combined.
Serving

Plate the Dish
Arrange the sautéed Brussels sprouts on a serving platter. Drizzle with sesame-soy dressing and serve with sriracha aioli on the side.

Chop the cilantro and sprinkle over the Brussels sprouts for garnish before serving.
