Prepare the Burnt End Brisket
If using pre-cooked burnt end brisket, skip to the next step. If preparing from scratch, smoke the brisket until tender, then cube into bite-sized pieces.

Chop the Onion
Dice the large onion into small pieces and set aside.

Prepare the Brussels Sprouts
Trim the ends off the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.

Peel and Cut Potatoes
Peel the russet potatoes and cut them into quarters for boiling.
