Prepare the Glass
Start by warming the Irish Coffee glass with hot water. Discard the water after a minute.

Add Coffee
Pour in the freshly brewed locally roasted coffee and stir well to combine with the whiskey and sugar.

Top with Cream
Carefully layer the fresh sweet cream on top of the coffee by pouring it over the back of a spoon. This will create a beautiful layered effect.
