Fool's Manhattan Recipe
A heavenly Manhattan with a foolish twist! High West Rendezvous Rye whiskey, Carpano Antica sweet vermouth, & lavender bitters. Stirred to a nice chill and finished with a bing cherry.

Mix the Ingredients
In a mixing glass filled with ice, add the High West Rendezvous Rye whiskey, Carpano Antica sweet vermouth, and lavender bitters.

Stir
Stir the mixture gently for about 30 seconds until well chilled.

Prepare the Glass
Empty the ice water from the chilled glass.

Strain and Serve
Strain the chilled mixture into the prepared glass.

Garnish with a Bing cherry dropped into the drink or placed on a cocktail pick.
