Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.

Mix Sugars and Eggs
In a large bowl, whisk together granulated sugar, brown sugar, and cooled Guinness mixture. Add eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.

Combine Dry Ingredients
In another bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.

Add Chocolate Chips
Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed in the batter.

Bake
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Cool and Serve
Allow brownies to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Serve warm topped with chocolate sauce and a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream.
