Sparkling Beverage (per serving)

Batch/Multiple Servings (per 1 L batch)

Method

Single Serving

1

Chill and prepare glass

If not already chilled, place the can/bottle of Bubly or other sparkling water in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Fill a tall glass with 6 ice cubes.

2

Pour beverage

Open the can or bottle carefully. Slowly pour 12 oz of the sparkling water over the ice to preserve carbonation. If you prefer a slightly less fizzy or less strongly flavored drink, add 2 oz still water and gently stir once with a bar spoon.

3

Garnish

Garnish with one citrus slice on the rim and, if desired, tuck a small mint sprig into the glass. Serve immediately while cold and fizzy.

Batch / Multiple Servings

4

Chill and prepare container

Chill bottles/cans in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Prepare a pitcher or dispenser and add 24 ice cubes or an ice well/ice bucket nearby for serving.

5

Combine and dilute (optional)

Pour 1 L (1000 ml) flavored sparkling water into the pitcher. If you prefer a milder flavor or fewer bubbles, add 170 ml still water and stir gently once to combine. Avoid vigorous stirring to retain carbonation.

6

Add garnishes and serve

Add citrus slices and mint sprigs to the pitcher for aroma and presentation, or add them to individual glasses when serving. Ladle or pour into glasses filled with ice. Serve immediately.
