Prepare the Turkey
Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Remove the turkey giblets and pat the turkey dry with paper towels.

Season the Turkey
Rub the softened butter all over the turkey, including under the skin. Season generously with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and chopped fresh herbs.

Rest the Turkey
Once cooked, remove the turkey from the oven and let it rest for at least 20 minutes before carving.

Combine Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the sautéed vegetables, bread cubes, dried cranberries, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Moisten the Stuffing
Pour in the chicken broth and beaten egg, mixing until the bread is moist but not soggy.

Bake the Stuffing
Transfer the stuffing to a buttered baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 30-40 minutes until golden brown.

Make the Gravy
Once the turkey is removed from the roasting pan, pour the turkey drippings into a saucepan. Add the all-purpose flour and whisk until smooth.

Gradually add chicken broth while whisking to avoid lumps. Cook over medium heat until thickened, about 5-10 minutes.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Keep warm until ready to serve.

In a pot of boiling salted water, blanch the green beans for about 3-4 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp. Drain and set aside.
