Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Turkey

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Season the turkey breast with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Rub the seasonings evenly over the turkey.

  2. 2

    Cook the Turkey

Place the seasoned turkey breast in a baking dish and cover it with aluminum foil. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Side Dishes

  1. 3

    Prepare the Stuffing

Follow the package instructions to prepare the stuffing. Typically, you will need to heat water and butter, add the stuffing mix, and let it sit covered for a few minutes.

  2. 4

    Make the Mashed Potatoes

Boil peeled and diced potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain and mash with a bit of butter, salt, and pepper to taste.

  3. 5

    Cook the Green Beans

In a small pot, bring water to a boil and add the green beans. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until tender. Drain and season with salt and a bit of butter if desired.

  4. 6

    Heat the Gravy

In a small saucepan, heat the gravy over low heat until warmed through. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.

Plating

  1. 7

    Assemble the Plate

On a plate, place a portion of sliced turkey breast, a scoop of stuffing, a serving of mashed potatoes, a drizzle of gravy, and a side of green beans. Serve immediately.
