Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.

Prepare Wings
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, baking powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.

Arrange Wings
Place the coated wings in a single layer on the wire rack.

Bake Wings
Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
Preparation of Buffalo Sauce

Melt Butter
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter.

Combine Ingredients
Once melted, add the hot sauce, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, and honey. Stir well to combine.

Season Sauce
Taste the sauce and add salt as needed. Adjust heat by adding more hot sauce or cayenne if desired.

Toss Wings with Sauce
Once the wings are done baking, transfer them to a large bowl and pour the buffalo sauce over them. Toss until the wings are fully coated in the sauce.

Serve the buffalo wings hot, with celery sticks and ranch or blue cheese dressing on the side, if desired.
