2. Measure the Whisky
Once the glass is chilled, remove it from the freezer and measure 50 ml of Glendronach 12 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky.
3. Add Ice
Add 4 ice cubes to the chilled glass.
4. Add Bitters
Add 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters over the ice.
5. Pour the Whisky
Pour the measured Glendronach 12 into the glass over the ice and bitters.
6. Garnish
Twist a strip of orange peel over the drink to release its oils, then drop it into the glass as a garnish.
