Method

Cooking Eggs

  1. 1

    Prepare the Eggs

In a non-stick skillet, heat butter or oil over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook to your desired doneness (sunny side up, over easy, scrambled, etc.). This usually takes around 3-5 minutes.

Cooking Bacon

  1. 2

    Cook the Bacon

In a separate skillet, cook the Applewood smoked bacon over medium heat. Fry until crispy and golden brown, about 4-6 minutes, flipping halfway through. Remove from skillet and place on a paper towel to drain excess grease.

Cooking Sausage

  1. 3

    Cook the Sausage

In the same skillet used for bacon, add the sausage links or patties. Cook over medium heat until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally.

Cooking Potatoes

  1. 4

    Prepare the Potatoes

For hash browns, place them in a separate skillet with a little oil and cook over medium-high heat until crispy and golden brown, about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. For cottage potatoes, boil them in salted water until tender, then drain and sauté in a skillet with a touch of butter until lightly browned.
