Seafood Selection

Seasoning & Marinade

Sides

Method

Seafood Preparation

  1. 1

    Preparing Shrimp and Scallops

In a large bowl, combine shrimp and scallops. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, add minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and Old Bay seasoning. Toss to coat well, ensuring all seafood is seasoned evenly. Cover and let marinate for 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Preparing Salmon

In a separate bowl, take the salmon fillet and drizzle with the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Squeeze the juice of one lemon over the fillet and sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Let it sit for 10 minutes.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Grilling Seafood

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the marinated shrimp and scallops on skewers, if desired, and grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until they are opaque and cooked through.

  2. 4

    Cooking Salmon

Place the salmon fillet on the grill skin-side down. Grill for about 6-8 minutes on each side, depending on thickness, until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  3. 5

    Cooking Corn

While the seafood is grilling, place the corn on the cob directly on the grill. Grill for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the corn is tender and slightly charred.

  4. 6

    Toasting Garlic Bread

Wrap the garlic bread in aluminum foil and place it on the grill for the last 5 minutes of cooking to warm it through.

Serving

  1. 7

    Plating the Dish

Once everything is grilled, remove from the heat and let cool slightly. Serve the shrimp, scallops, and salmon on a platter, garnished with fresh parsley and lemon wedges. Serve corn on the side with garlic bread.
