Prepare Shrimp

Clean and Dice Shrimp
Rinse the large Gulf shrimp under cold water and pat dry. Dice the shrimp into small, bite-sized pieces.

Marinate Shrimp
In a bowl, combine the diced shrimp, lime juice, lemon juice, and salt. Stir to ensure all the shrimp are coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until shrimp appears opaque.
Make Pico de Gallo

Combine Ingredients
In a separate bowl, mix together the diced tomatoes, red onion, chopped cilantro, minced jalapeño, salt, and lime juice. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Let it Rest
Allow the pico de gallo to sit for about 10 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
Combine and Serve

Mix Shrimp and Pico de Gallo
Once the shrimp is marinated, drain any excess liquid and gently fold in the pico de gallo mixture.
