Cook the Beef
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.

Season the Beef
Add taco seasoning to the cooked beef and stir in 1/3 cup of water. Simmer for about 5 minutes until the mixture thickens.

Prepare Tortillas
While the beef is simmering, warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.

Assemble Tacos
On each tortilla, add a spoonful of the seasoned beef, followed by shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, and jalapeños to taste.

Prepare Avocados
Cut the ripe avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.

Add Rice
Stir in the long-grain white rice and cook for another 2 minutes, stirring frequently.

Combine Ingredients
Add chicken broth, diced tomatoes with green chilies, garlic powder, cumin, and salt. Stir well to combine.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
