Frying the Shrimp

Prepare the Shrimp
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Mix well.

Coat the Shrimp
Dip each shrimp into the beaten eggs, allowing excess to drip off, then dredge in the flour mixture. Ensure each shrimp is evenly coated.

Heat the Oil
In a deep frying pan or pot, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Shrimp
Fry the shrimp in batches, about 3-4 minutes each, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Cook the Rice
Add the rice, water, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until rice is tender.

Sauté the vegetables for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender yet crisp.
Serving

On each plate, serve a portion of seasoned rice, sautéed vegetables, and fried shrimp.
