    Preheat Grill

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, around 375°F (190°C).

  2. 2

    Season Salmon

Drizzle the salmon fillets with olive oil, sprinkle salt and black pepper on both sides, and let them sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes.

    Prepare Asparagus

Trim the woody ends off the asparagus and toss them with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Place asparagus on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until tender and slightly charred.

Cooking Salmon

  1. 5

    Grill Salmon

Place the salmon fillets on the grill, skin side down. Cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) and the fish flakes easily with a fork.

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, capers, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and chopped parsley. Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Serve the grilled salmon fillet with grilled asparagus, a dollop of lemon caper tartar sauce, and a lemon wedge on the side. Accompany with your choice of side.
