Prepare the Croutons
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the bread into small cubes and place them in a mixing bowl.

Bake the Croutons
Spread the seasoned bread cubes on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown, tossing halfway through.
Caesar Dressing

Make the Dressing
In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and anchovy paste until well combined.
Salad Assembly

Prepare the Romaine
Wash and dry the romaine lettuce. Tear it into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large salad bowl.

Add Dressing and Cheese
Pour the Caesar dressing over the romaine. Grate the Parmesan cheese on top and toss gently to combine.

Finish with Croutons
Add the homemade croutons to the salad and toss lightly to distribute. Serve immediately.
