Method
Preparation of Chicken Wings

Prepare the Chicken Wings
Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

Make the Coating
In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.

Coat the Wings
Dredge each chicken wing in the flour mixture, dip it in the egg wash, and then coat it again in the flour mixture. Set aside.
Cooking the Chicken Wings

Heat the Oil
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Wings
Carefully add the coated chicken wings to the hot oil in batches. Fry for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Making the Sauces

Teriyaki Sauce
In a saucepan, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, then set aside.

BBQ Sauce
In a bowl, mix together ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Stir until well combined.
Serving

Toss and Serve
Toss the fried chicken wings in your choice of sauce (Buffalo, Teriyaki, or BBQ) and serve immediately.
