Steak Preparation

Marinate the Steak
In a bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Add the flank steak, ensuring it's well coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.

Prepare the Tortillas
Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side until they are soft and pliable.

Fill the Burritos
On each tortilla, layer about 1/4 cup of cooked rice, 1/4 cup of black beans, a few slices of grilled steak, a handful of shredded cheese, and a sprinkle of chopped cilantro.

Wrap the Burritos
Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and then roll from the bottom up to form a tight burrito. Repeat with remaining tortillas and fillings.

Mix the Salsa
In a bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, red onion, minced jalapeño, lime juice, salt, and chopped cilantro. Mix until well combined.
