Cook the Noodles
In a large pot of boiling water, cook the chow mein noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Marinate the Beef
In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Stir-fry the Beef
In a large skillet or wok, heat a tablespoon of oil over high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.

Combine Everything
Return the beef to the skillet with the vegetables. Add the cooked chow mein noodles, oyster sauce, chicken broth, and black pepper. Toss everything together and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
Serving

Garnish and Serve
Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped cilantro. Serve hot and enjoy your Beef Chow Mein!
