Prepare Strawberry Puree
Wash and hull fresh strawberries. Blend them in a blender or food processor until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve if you prefer a smoother puree.

Mix the Cocktail
In a large pitcher, combine the strawberry puree and strawberry liqueur. Stir gently to mix well.

Fill champagne flutes or wine glasses halfway with the strawberry mixture. Top with prosecco, pouring slowly to avoid overflow.
