Prep the Topping

Prepare the Tomatoes
Dice the tomatoes into small pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.

Add Garlic and Seasoning
Mince the garlic cloves and add them to the bowl with the tomatoes. Season with salt and black pepper.

Add Basil
Chop the fresh basil leaves roughly and stir them into the tomato mixture.

Combine Ingredients
Mix all the ingredients together gently to combine. Set aside to allow the flavors to meld.
Prepare the Bread

Slice the Baguette
Cut the baguette into 1/2 inch thick slices.

Toast the Bread
Brush each slice with olive oil on one side and place them on a baking sheet. Toast in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
Assemble the Bruschetta

Top the Toasted Bread
Once the bread is toasted, remove it from the oven. Spoon the tomato mixture generously onto the olive oil side of each slice.

Drizzle with Balsamic Glaze
Lightly drizzle balsamic glaze over the topped bruschetta for added flavor.

Serve the bruschetta immediately while the bread is still warm.
