Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken

Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and your choice of herbs. Allow it to marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Shrimp

Peel and devein the shrimp. Season with a pinch of salt and a squeeze of lemon juice. Set aside.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Salmon

Pat the salmon fillet dry and season with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Hanger Steak

Season the hanger steak with salt and pepper. Allow it to come to room temperature for about 15 minutes before cooking.

Cooking

  1. 5

    Cook the Chicken

Heat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken breast for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove and let rest.

  2. 6

    Cook the Shrimp

In the same skillet, add a little oil if necessary, and sauté the shrimp over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque. Remove from heat.

  3. 7

    Cook the Salmon

In a separate pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Place the salmon skin-side down and cook for 4-5 minutes. Flip the salmon and cook for another 3-4 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork. Remove from heat.

  4. 8

    Cook the Hanger Steak

In the same skillet used for the shrimp, sear the hanger steak for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare doneness. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
