  1. 1

    Hard Boil the Eggs

Once boiling, cover the saucepan and remove it from the heat. Let the eggs sit for 12 minutes. After 12 minutes, transfer the eggs to an ice bath to cool for about 5 minutes.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Filling

To the yolks, add 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of yellow mustard, 1 teaspoon of white vinegar, 0.5 teaspoon of salt, 0.25 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1 teaspoon of paprika. Mash everything together until smooth and well combined.

  3. 3

    Stuff the Egg Whites

Using a spoon or a piping bag, fill each egg white half with the yolk mixture. Set aside.

  4. 4

    Fry the Deviled Eggs (Optional)

In a frying pan, heat 1 cup of oil over medium heat. Once hot, carefully add the breaded egg halves and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.

  5. 5

    Garnish and Serve

Sprinkle the fried or non-fried deviled eggs with additional paprika and garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
