Cocktail Preparation
Prepare the Shaker
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Don Julio Blanco Tequila, fresh lime juice, St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur, Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur, and agave syrup.
Shake the Ingredients
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
Strain into Glass
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
Top with Sparkling Wine
Carefully top the cocktail with sparkling wine, pouring gently to avoid losing the bubbles.
Garnish and Serve
Garnish with a lime wheel or a sprig of mint if desired, and serve immediately.
