Shake the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine Aperol, Del Maguey Vida Mezcal, Green Chartreuse, lime juice, and egg white. Dry shake (without ice) vigorously for about 15 seconds to create froth.

Add Ice and Shake Again
Add ice to the shaker and shake again vigorously for another 15 seconds until well chilled.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.

Garnish
Express the oils from the orange peel over the top of the drink and use it as a garnish.
