  1. 1

    Prepare the Cauliflower

Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower head. Cut it into small florets.

  2. 2

    Cook the Cauliflower

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the cauliflower florets and cook for about 5-7 minutes until tender but still crisp. Drain and set aside.

  3. 3

    Sauté the Garlic

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red chili flakes, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  4. 4

    Combine Ingredients

Add the cooked cauliflower to the skillet along with the white anchovies and capers. Toss gently to combine and heat through for another 2-3 minutes.

  5. 5

    Finish the Dish

Add lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to taste. Toss to combine and remove from heat.

  6. 6

    Serve

Transfer to a serving dish, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
