Cooking Instructions

1

Cook the Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the campanelle pasta and cook according to package instructions, typically about 10-12 minutes, until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2

Sauté the Garlic and Tomatoes

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Then add the halved cherry tomatoes and cook for about 5 minutes until they soften and release their juices.

3

Combine Ingredients

Add the cooked campanelle to the skillet with the tomatoes and garlic. Toss to combine. Stir in the chopped basil, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper to taste. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.

4

Serve

Serve the campanelle hot, garnished with additional basil and Parmesan cheese if desired.
