Method

Cocktail Base

1

Measure and combine

In a large cocktail shaker or pitcher, pour 6 fl oz vodka, 2 fl oz peach schnapps, 3 fl oz orange juice, and 3 fl oz cranberry juice.

2

Add brightening agents

Add 0.5 fl oz fresh lime juice and 0.5 fl oz simple syrup to the shaker/pitcher to balance acidity and add a touch of sweetness.

3

Fill the shaker with the 12 ice cubes (or fill the pitcher with ice if serving a crowd). Secure the shaker top.

4

Shake or stir

If using a cocktail shaker, shake vigorously for 12–15 seconds until the outside of the shaker feels cold. If using a pitcher, stir briskly with a long spoon for about 20–30 seconds to chill and combine.

Serve & Garnish

5

Strain the chilled cocktail into two large rocks glasses filled with fresh ice (split the mixture evenly; each serving will be about 7–8 fl oz).

6

Garnish each glass with an orange wheel and a maraschino cherry. Optionally, skewer the cherry through the orange wheel and rest on the rim.

7

Serve immediately. Provide straws or short stirring spoons if desired.
