Salad Preparation

    Wash and Prepare Vegetables

    Thoroughly wash the mixed salad leaves, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion under cold running water. Pat them dry with a clean towel.

    Chop the Ingredients

    Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, slice the cucumber into thin rounds, and finely slice the red onion.

    Combine Salad Base

    In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed salad leaves, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumber, and sliced red onion.

Dressing Preparation

    Make the Dressing

    In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, chopped fresh basil, and chopped fresh parsley until well combined.

    Add salt and black pepper to the dressing according to your taste preferences.
